Course Overview
This qualification takes learners through the process of starting a new venture, acquiring customers, as well as how to manage their new venture through its growth and maturity stages. It covers critical issues when starting a new venture, such as developing a business plan, identifying strengths, weaknesses and threats as well as viability and innovation. It’s designed for learners who intend to set up or have already set up own ventures, capitalising on the opportunity to grow a sustainable business that forms part of the mainstream economy.

Qualification
