SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CLAIMS & EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
Claims and Refunds
Assist you in claiming mandatory grants from the relevant SETA, lodging claims and accessing development levies and rebates.
Compile and submit Annual Training report to the relevant SETA.
Communicate and mediate with relevant SETA, ensuring everything is in order.
Workplace Skills Plan
Develop, implement and submit plan for BEE compliance to the relevant SETA.
Support & Guidance
Assist you with any questions, queries or answers you require with regards training, claims, refunds, discretionary grants, BEE score and compliance.
A learnership combines workplace experience and classroom training for the proper development of the learners. Enrolling employees on learnerships enhances a company’s B-BBEE scorecard. Charter Academy offers a selection of registered learnerships in various career fields that can be delivered on or off site for greater convenience.
As an accredited FET college and training provider, our clients are eligible for the full tax incentives – Section 12H of the Income Tax Act: Allows a tax rebate of R80 000 per able-bodied learner and R120 000 per disabled learner.
