over 20 years experience in Employer-Based
Housing Solutions, training and Human
Resource Management. A thought leader
and advocate for empowerment through personal
and professional training and education, Thabo
was instrumental in pioneering a new approach
that led the first tripartite alliance between
employees, bank and union.
CASHEL HARRIS
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Cashel has strong business acumen which she
gained from her experience in the financial services
and real estate sectors extending from loan
origination to property development. Cashel has
experience that is relevant to Charter’s mission and
has served as Franchise Manager at Rawson
Properties and Project Manager Waterfall
Development. Since 2016, Cashel has been
managing the Academic Operations.
