With the goal of driving transformation and advancing diversity and inclusivity, Rebosa has  launched a specialist course known as Rebosa Business Leader (RBL) with the aim of enhancing  Real Estate business owners’ prospects of achieving success in the Real Estate Sector.

Course Overview

If a business is to function at its optimal level, the leader must be equipped with all fundamental skills that will enhance business continuity and acumen. The RBL course will equip potential business entrepreneurs in the Real Estate industry with Management skills incidental to running a business in this ever-changing business environment. The RBL will help you build critical skills in entrepreneurship, innovation and much more that will prepare you to become a successful property business leader who will meet the challenges presented by this dynamic environment.

The course covers all the fundamentals required to operate and manage a successful real estate firm including operational, financial, IT, risk management, marketing, sales, legal, regulatory and business compliance.

  • Information Technology – is an important survival tool in a dynamic business environment.

  • Risk Management – assessing and controlling business threats vital for business continuity

  • Legal and Regulatory – key to business continuity.

  • Business Compliance- a fundamental ingredient for business success and transformation which will lead to business growth if well managed.
