The objective of this intervention is to enhance supervisory skills across all sectors. The workshop explores the team leader’s role in ensuring that the team meets organisational objectives and nurtures responsible leadership and inculcates high performance leadership of teams. Effective management from lower to higher organisational levels is key to the success of the whole organisation.

The course also explores attendees’ current leadership styles and abilities and how these affects team performance . The intervention is also designed to help all supervisors /team leaders develop essential skills to influence and motivate their staff to achieve exceptional performance.
